John Hoyte

John Hoyte joined the Chrysostom Society thirty years ago through marrying Luci Shaw (see below). As one of six children of British Medical Missionaries, he grew up in China and was imprisoned by the Japanese in World War ll. He graduated from Cambridge University, took an elephant over the Alps, following Hannibal, and founded an optical engineering company in Silicon Valley. He has had two books published, both autobiographical.
